APM is an architectural and project management practice located in Melbourne, specialising in the design and management of high-end private residences.
After graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2006, Peng Jia Floyd, with a design background in both China and Australia, garnered extensive experience with prominent architectural and project management firms in Melbourne before founding APM Architects in 2020.
We closely collaborate with clients and local developers who share our vision. Our integrated management approach encompasses land, architecture, interiors, and project management, resulting in substantial benefits for our clients.
